Next Level Ag Solutions
Next Level Agriculture Solutions, LLC was founded in 2015 by it’s three partners, Brian Punt, Matt Condon, and Shaun Condon. Our mission for our business was to provide affordable and professional Farm Data Management services, Precision Agriculture services, and Farm Inputs such as Seed & Liquid Fertilizer. Along with this vision, we hope to always provide new ideas and outside-the-box thinking; not to compete with what’s already being done by other local providers but bring new ideas and high-level insights to farms struggling to hit Next Level yields and profitability.
Our Story
Brian Punt
Brian comes from an agricultural background having worked on neighboring farms since he was old enough to drive a tractor. He completed an Ag Business Associates Degree through Ridgewater Technical College of Willmar, MN in the fall of 2007. He then continued to work for three ag businesses until co-founding Next Level Ag with the Condon brothers in 2015. Now, with almost 10 years of Precision Ag experience, he works each day striving to help take the stress out of electronics on the farm for his customers.
Our Approach
Matt Condon
Matt grew up on the farm, working with his dad throughout his years of high school and college. He got into farming on his own while in college. Matt graduated from MACCRAY High School in 2006 and later attended Southwest Minnesota State University in Marshall, where he graduated in 2010 with a Bachelor's Degree in Finance. With a decade's worth of farming experience, Matt is always looking for ways to increase production and profits on his farm, and his customer's.
Our Story
Shaun Condon
Shaun has been helping out on Condon Farms since he was a kid. After graduating from MACCRAY High School in 2010, he attended the University of Mary in Bismarck, North Dakota. After spending a year at Mary, he transferred to Southwest Minnesota State University in Marshall to continue his basketball career and finish school. During his last years in college, he helped co-found Next Level Ag, and graduated from SMSU in the spring of 2016 with Bachelor's Degrees in Agribusiness and Finance.
